Visual and intuitive interface

Direct Planning is displayed in the manner of an electronic wall planner, visible directly by the entire company.

Tasks are jobs planned according to resources. They may be linked together to make up complex routes. Tasks are created manually by the scheduler, or automatically imported from your management software (CAPM/ERP) through an appropriate interface.

Tasks can be moved and sized with the mouse.

Notice amongst these interface items:

• Tasks consist of one to four text lines. The data and colour in these lines can be configured.
• Links between tasks make it possible to make up complex routes.
• Markers are effective warning lights associated with tasks. You can set the semantics (top left-hand side of tasks).
• Locked tasks (padlock at top left-hand side of task).
• Task progress percent (blue gauge located above a task).
• Alert indicators, signalling time delays or possible time delays.
• Transition time between tasks (represented by triangles), calculated automatically according to the technical information associated with the previous task.
• A timescale, interactively re-sizable to make zoom level changing easy.
• Grey zones on resource lines show unavailability.
